WMI is interested in mining companies that discover, mine, process and supply a wide range of metals and minerals that are essential to society and that improve standards of living throughout the world. These companies can be located anywhere in the world: in Australia, North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Southern Africa.

WMI is interested in companies that produce major products like gold, platinum, copper, diamonds, iron ore, aluminium, energy products, and industrial minerals. WMI is also interested in companies that produce: bauxite, borates, copper, diamonds, gypsum, molybdenum, salt, sulphuric acid, talc, titanium dioxide.

In order to achieve this goal, WMI will seek out companies that aggressively pursue profitable growth opportunities, maintain efficient cost of production variables and have a proven track record of sustained performance. Investment Process
Each investment process is done on a case by case basis, but typically includes:

• Identification of investment opportunities for further evaluation
• Assessment - Investment proposals are evaluated on the basis of country and political risk, technical assessment, valuation.
• Board recommendation, inspection of the company and mining sites and decision.
